JLM carried out a programme of mechanical and electrical design and installation services for a newly-built office building on behalf of the housing association company Habinteg.
The mechanical services carried out by JLM included the design and installation of ventilation systems, domestic services, above-ground drainage, comfort cooling and interior heating via fan coil units.
In addition, our electrical engineering team provided a range of services comprising flexible underfloor power and data, internal lighting systems, emergency lighting, fire alarms, small power, access control, CCTV, security and car park lighting.
